Moving through the Tree of Life draws upon Sue Gurland's lifelong experiences to intergrate authentic Jewish practices with contemplative movement,meditation and visualization. The resulting exercises promote energetic aliveness, relaxation and a deep spiritual connection to the Source of All Being.
